IMPACT ASSESSMENT - complete street: joel carlos borges ST. (brooklin, são paulo)

This report presents the methodology used to perform an impact assessment on Joel Carlos Borges Street, in Brooklin neighborhood, São Paulo, which happened to be first “complete street” studied by the project titled “National Network for Low-Carbon Mobility”, in September 2017. This project comprises 11 Brazilian cities. The temporary intervention that took place in the street sought to offer better safety and accessibility conditions for those who pass through the area, which has a large movement of pedestrians mainly because of the Berrini subway station. This project was developed with the initiative of WRI Brasil, aiming to analyze the impact of the intervention in the place. It is organized and coordinated by WRI Brasil and LABMOB in partnership with NGO Cidade Ativa.
